• Job Details: Administer Contracts, Subcontracts & other Agreements to ensure compliance with liable terms and conditions.  Draft Amendments, Supplementary Agreements, and Memorandums of Agreements between parties and ensure they are drafted in the acceptable contractual methods.  Draft correspondences, and ensure they are drafted and submitted in a professional/ contractual manner.  Assess the Contractors’ Claims and determine their Contractual merit.  Evaluate and determine the merit of the Contractors’ Variations and support in the quantification process.  Keep a log of all contractual letters, Claims, and Variations.  Develop and update a detailed log of all Delay Events, pending contractual issues, and potential contractual risks.  Coordinate with Project’s departments & attend commercial & progress meetings.  Study pre-award Contract documents, determine potential contractual risks, and communicate all issues to the Procurement department.  Monitoring Contractors performance and submitting any delays and non-conformance notices.  Consult and update the Project Manager on regular basis with all essential contractual issues and risks.

Contract EngineerFull Time

Junior Contracts AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details: Draft correspondences, and ensure they are drafted and submitted in a professional/contractual manner.  Draft and finalize Technical Contract Agreements.  Create and update a detailed log of all Delay Events.  Coordinate with other Project departments in preparing claim documents.  Support and follow‐up in the preparation and quantification of Variations and Claims  Consult and update the Project Manager and Head Office Senior on regular basis regarding important issues.  Keep a log of all contractual letters, Claims, and Variations.  Create and update a Contracts Follow-up Log on a daily basis and chase up outstanding Contracts.
