• Job Details:Prepare a target productivity based on the standard productivity rates or budget study by the startup of the project. Review and issue the Productivity Report. Preparing Actual Cost for monthly cost report Preparing all Histograms for Labor and Equipment. Preparing and follow the Daily & the Progress Reports. Preparing Overtime Analysis for casual labor to monitor overtime & Bonus Percentage. Preparing and follow Indirect KPI's. Preparing Budget Breakdown report Reviewing new PO & Subcontractors with Budget. Control and Monitor for all cost related to labor. Forecasted cost build ups -Recording all changes to the cost baseline (to be highlighted based on available data in the next reporting month) Preparing cost plan. Assisting in preparation of cost allocation on Zones (specially labor cost). Preparing and follow Cash Flow for Project. Warehouse follow-up - review all move orders on oracle, coding & approval Follow SC & suppliers invoices with cash status Forecast expected final total costs (following up actual performance/procurements/contracts...)
