Reviewing at the end of each month any unrecorded payments and tracing its source through the various communication channels between the company's different departments. Reviewing and creating invoices for any undocumented sales done through other channels than the sales department. Reviewing supplier statements and comparing them to the recorded invoices on the accounting system to ensure that all the bookings taken from each supplier have been properly recorded with the correct cost amount.
