• Job Details:1. Analyze project trends and provide recommendations and guidance to the Project Manager and other key project stakeholders. 2. Prepare an array of cyclical reports to provide visibility on project trends, cashflow and earned value status, project financial health, labor productivity, and adherence to or deviation from the baseline schedule. 3. Create, update, and take ownership of required project documents and live records in various systems, including SAP, Primavera P6, Hard Dollar, Power BI, and OneStream, as required. Ensure project forecasts, schedules, required documents, and change requests are accurate and updated at the required intervals. 4. Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera (P6) while providing leadership and support in the areas of project controls. 5. Provide cost control and schedule support to the Project Manager, which includes, but is not limited to: critical analysis, forecasting, margins, utilization, cost reporting, purchase order and change order tracking, invoice tracking, budget comparison, and forecasting percentage of completion. 6. Analyze financial information and recognize significant variance, trends, and irregularities; understand the cause or driver; and communicate timely to the project manager. 7. Coordinate with project stakeholders regarding pre-construction prerequisites, including environmental permits, encroachment agreements, job estimates and designs, agency permits, customer notifications, agency notifications, construction scheduling, material purchases, and restoration planning as required. 8. Regularly conduct site visits to verify project achievement and identify and solve critical issues with related teams. 9. Motivate and inspire teams by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages the bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
