• Job Details:1- Responsible for troubleshoots, repairs and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g. PCs, laptops, VDIs, disk drives, and laser printers) for almost 3500 users. 2- Responsible to deliver proactive onsite support and knowledge transfer to the customers. 3- Administrate Active directory users, Exchange users management, SCCM system (Servers and users side), Print management solution (Server and users Side). 4- Manage and Produce the Municipality's Hardware Standards Technical specifications, for Tendering Purpose, preparing technical studies, technical reports for the purchased IT equipment’s. 5- Supervise the photocopiers maintenance orders, prepare technical specifications, studies, reports. 6- Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns. 7- Develops and tests complex user documentation; works with hardware vendors to resolve equipment failures/problems. 8- May perform routine security checks on the system. 9- Participate in complex technical projects. 10- Routine Maintenance and Installing/configuring new computers/telephones. 11- Maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies (cables, adapters, etc.). 12- Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software. 13- Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades. 14- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. 15- Conducting safety checks on computer equipment. 16- Coordinates closely with the Ticketing Helpdesk. 17- Supports technical needs of conferences. 18- Supports the development and maintenance of department websites. 19- Oversight and management of a 24x7x365 environment which may require some off shift work. • Job Details:Working inside " Nakeel " Avenue Mall Site , Dubai 1- Working as Infrastructure engineer for the site offices and caravans. 2- Creating network connections, installing switches, configuring routers, access points more specifically (DHCP, DNS , IP Addresses ) 3- Installing and administrating a Windows 2012 R2 Domain Controller and administrating its user Group policies, Active Directory and everything concerning the Domain,Working the same on Windows Server 2016. 4- Developed organizational units in active directory ( AD ) and managed user security with group policies. 5- Managed Group Policy Objects (GPOs) throughout the Active Directory (AD) enterprise. 6- Created/modified user account, security groups, and distribution list to protect company proprietary information. 7- Creation of file sharing Server for users to share their information and files. 8- Installation and configuration of Firewalls ( Sonic Wall , Cybroam ) inside the network to do some restrictions concerning user access on certain websites or functions. 9- Installation and maintenance to copiers and creating whole network functions for them to copy, print and scan.
