• Job Details:I work as Technical support engineer for Africa and the Middle East; I provide support in English and French. My job consists of: 1- Selecting products upon customer requirements (Product Characteristics or legacy products or cross reference products). 2- Troubleshooting. 3- Providing technical offers. On Feb 2015, I got promoted to a senior position and beside my job as a technical support, I took part of a "quotation team" responsible of making SAP offers for indirect export channels. This is my first step to take some managerial tasks as I got the responsibility to monitor and coach the juniors in the team. I learned from my job the time management, decision making, problem solving techniques, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and of course it enhanced my communication skills. My job as a global technical support gives me the opportunity to deal with different cultures, to learn and know a lot about the different markets and the customer needs.
