• Job Details:In charge of preparing HSE plan & safe work procedures to all in charge work sites. Manage sites safety for large construction projects including high rise resulting in Zero incidents. Evaluate operational practices to determine methods to eliminate or control workplace hazards. Implement safety culture at assigned sites and facilities to achieve and maintain a high performing internal HSE rating. Constant contact with all Safety staff & Engineers on Sites throughout working hours to ensure smooth work activities. Lead the investigation of all safety process events, including documentation, root cause analysis, improvement recommendations, and agreed action implementation. Ensure job safety and environmental analyses/job hazard analysis are conducted as required. In charge of onsite supervision to insure all Safety procedure are well implemented. Identify risk, to ensure all preventive actions are implemented and prepare a sufficient precautions action to avoid future occurrences. •Attend meeting with clients and resolve safety issues. •Conduct site inspection, Audits and training for continual improvement of HSE performance. •Prepare the company HSE Management System to meet the standard requirements and prequalify with various Substations & Oil and Gas clients. •Overall management of HSE department of Projects, Company and HSE Engineers / Officers / Inspectors for effective and efficient functioning. •Evaluate the company’s fire, safety and emergency rescue equipment against its specifications and operational requirements and recommend for the procurement process. •Prepare the Risk Assessments and facilitate for different projects •Incharge of updating all new local & intʼl standards to sync with all projects. Fully incharge of the procurement purchase of all safety materials required, by searching for the best quality and price. •Maintaining good communication & coordination with other Deptʼs.• Provide weekly basis training to ensure Safety awareness of all staff• available on work sites. •In charge of interviewing new staff required for the Dept. •In charge of preparing HSE plan & safe work procedures to all in charge work sites. •Develop a Zero Accident strategy in all staff minds and monitor it on weekly basis. •Prepare accident / incident property damage reports (PDR) for management. •Conduct Safety meeting with task performers and providing Safety guidelines in their day-to day operations. •Ensure that the HSE management system is properly implemented and performing to the requirements in all locations and spheres of operation within the organization. •Ensure that the HSE policy Objective is communicated to all concerned. Establishment & maintenance of process for communication regarding effectiveness of HSE system.

• Job Details:•Provide Safety consultancy service, which includes ( HSE Manual, HSE Procedures, Audits, Risk assessments, Assist and supervision). •Support Clients in ensuring relevant contractors and employees comply with the site's safety & health management system & relevant legislation. .Support clients with all the safety & risk related challenges/tasks.
