O Re-Implement and optimize the use of the ERP (M3 by Infor) for the Factory and Supply Chain operations. O Reduce the Slow and non-moving stock from 40% to less than 15%. O Enhance the team performance towards different tasks and re-organize the structure of the department. O Re-evaluate the costing of finished goods (BOM and industrial cost) to set a more accurate selling price list and improve margins. O Introduce Planning parameters from Safety Stocks to re-order levels. O Evaluate the possibilities to open distribution centers in North and West Africa.

• Job Details:Rotating supply chain manager for international MSF projects to support local teams in different countries. 01/03/2020 to 31/08/2020: Juba-South Sudan O Implement & Support Unifield ERP system through different projects in the country and train national staff on new techniques. O Revise SC procedures, perform GAP analysis and Implement/modify new procedures where needed. O Support the emergency COVID-19 supply team for PPE purchasing. O Supervise remotely the Pibor field project supply chain activities and team. 15/09/2020 to 01/11/2020: Port-au-Prince- Haïti O Manage the WH activities. O Revise and Implement the Emergency stock strategy. O Support the warehousing activities in MSF projects in Haïti.

• Job Details:Managing the supply chain activities in Egypt for both business sectors (Nalco Water & Ecolab divisions) including planning, Local & Foreign Procurement, customer service, warehousing and Import & Export logistics. - Part of the leadership team in Egypt. O Build and Manage the Supply Chain Team in Egypt to meet the SC dashboard (KPI targets): OTD (95%), DOH (90 days), Forecast accuracy (+80%) and to ensure/handle a smooth process for a business value of $15M/year while adhering to the SC budget in Egypt. O Perform savings achievements year over year (400K$-2017, 100K$-2016, 200K$-2015) O Align SC with business needs and goals to WIN as a team. O Directly Manage Demand & Supply planning and replenishment to ensure no stock shortages. - Defining and maintaining min. stocks and local stocking level. - Periodic review of stock status, stock health and minimization of risk inventory. O Implement and lead S&OP meetings in Egypt to improve business overview and planning parameters and to ensure E2E value Chain is in place. O Manage the Customer Service activities from order to cash. O Studying and changing periodically the best sourcing points in terms of overall cost and Global procurement policies. O Calculate STD cost for products quarterly to minimize PPV effect. O Managing Ecolab warehouse to monitor/maintain on site: - Global Company Policies and Local procedures (Delivery cycle, FIFO…) - Global Safety standards (ZTP- Zero tolerance policy, Chemical Storage….). - Running of physical Stock Counts. O Investigation of incidents and Non Conformance\'s O Managing the new Warehouse project through a 3PL provider. O Managing the integration of the new divisions to Egypt from SC perspective (coding, cost, Purchasing,…etc) O Negotiate contracts and financial offers with current and potential suppliers. O Ensure local regulations and laws are applied. O SC Super User (SME) for the iScala system (ERP) for the MEA Region to support new users functionally and train new users. O Part of the Regional Team to design and improve the order to cash (OTC) and Purchase to pay (PTP) cycles for the MEA region and the new iScala cycles blueprint and best practices.
