• Job Details:•Creating Baselines and Progress updating for the project schedule •Creating cash flow and financial reports using Primavera P6 •Preparing time claims •Making daily site report for the equipment and calculating the productivity for each equipment •Site monitoring for the work done •General Tasks •Acting as the representative of the company in the Ministry of public work in Madagascar •Attending meetings with the ministry and negotiating for project issues to achieve suitable solutions •The responsible to the environmental studies and organising between the environmental consultant office and "National environment office" in Madagascar to receive the environmental permit for the project and monitoring with the ministry •Preparing subcontractors monthly invoices •Preparing the client monthly invoice •Providing the site with the technical data needed using "Autodesk Civil 3D" •Negotiating with subcontractors and achieving the target price •Following up on outgoing and incoming letters and find the appropriate solutions to projects problems •Prepare cost estimation for project items
