- Job Details:-Updating and following-up the lead cycle by ensuring that all leads are registered with their status and their sources on the CRM daily and by applying company policy -Reserving units with all its procedures in documenting, checking clients’ data validations and revising the clients’ documents. -Updating inventory status on a daily basis. Notifying sales operation Manager and sales team with the inventory status daily. -Handle the Reservation process on CRM validating all related documents on system within the agreed SLA & follow up with related departments until unit is reserved on system. -Interface with Sales & Finance Teams to receive final approved payment plan to be attached to the contract for tailored payment plan. -Interface with Finance Team to record missing cheques & down payments collection for update & action needed. -Internal update of Brokers Database with all related data: signing status-validity date of contract - commission %, for future reference. -Weekly Report to Sales Team & Management with all pending Reservations that are not processed yet to take needed action. -Create a full record of all exceptions made by Finance team (discounts included) for audit reference. --Handle all after sales Requests in coordination with different departments & take the needed approvals if any: Reschedule Annex – ADS on Annex – Termination – Upgrade & Downgrade – Ownership Transfer….etc

- Job Details:Responsible on the resale operations in El Gouna and Makadi projects. - Responsible to create the assignment including all the details on it. - Responsible to schedule visit between the buyer and the seller to sign in the assignment. - Responsible to define the assignment fees including the taxes to the seller and the buyer. - Responsible to inform the concerned departments with the new owner for the units. - Responsible to give briefing for the potential customers about our new projects and send his contacts to the sales man. - Send daily, weekly and monthly report to the top management with the units after the resale and the budget received from the assignment. - Communicate with the brokers if they are involved with the resale case. -Compiling contracts and coordinating with the sales agents to make sure all needed documents are handy and available. In addition to schedueling installments and coordinating with couriers to make assure contracts are signed and delivered.
