- Job Details:Handles all the personnel tasks. They stay up to date with any changes in social insurance policies and adapt internal processes accordingly. Provides support and guidance to employees regarding social insurance matters. They address employee questions and concerns related to coverage, claims, and any other issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for employees. Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process. Source potential candidates from various online channels, personal connections, and referrals. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Increasing employee retention by rigorously maintaining a positive work environment Developing targeted outreach recruitment programs to recruit the best talent and meet all departmental hiring requirements Creating user-friendly application forms and questionnaires to be used by the organization during staff recruitment and interviewing Arbitrating labor disputes in collaboration with the legal department Interview candidates via phone and online and face to face interviews Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
