• Job Details:* Oversee and manage day-to-day activities of materials movements to and from the offshore drilling rigs and FPSO, and in and out of the shore base in accordance with rig requirements and as per the five days look ahead. * Supervision Storing and transporting all type of chemicals according standard safety procedure *Liaison with subcontractors to ensure awareness of all safety requirements and PTW permit system Checking all equipment for any Inspection, Service required and Arranging third party inspection, vendor for service *Solicit bids, secure written and telephone quotations from vendors, analyze bids, perform value and cost analysis and select products and vendors consistent with existing policies and procedures and assist other staff members in doing the same. * Monitoring all safety issues on site, to prevent and stop dangerous work practices. * Ensuring all near misses are reported and preventive measures are taken. * Developing and maintain adequate Inventory Control methodology and processes to maintain accurate current inventory records and a control system that includes, and is not limited to, Receipts, Issues, Return, Transfers of materials, or can support requests for Adjustment or Disposals. * Organize yard and warehouse lay down areas for optimal and safe storage of project and surplus materials. *Develops HSE Plans and procedures and ensures compliance with company standards / local government regulations.
