Achievement Shin-Etsu: The only representative was sent to China for 2 new models line setup in new company plant in Suzhou, China. Main task was to lead line setup team with a local group of 6 engineers & 8 technicians. Progress reporting on daily basis to SEM (Malaysia), SKS (Suzhou) & SEJ (Japan). Mission accomplished as planned, within 8 weeks. Achievement Nestle: Success to lead projects recognized with certification by Nestle Malaysia MD, Mr. Alois Hofbauer: • "Reduction of planned downtime from 18 hrs to 15 hrs per week by June 15" – Deliver extra tonnage of 96 metric ton/year within 6 weeks. • "Packaging Harmonization Project"- Reduce changesize duration from 60 min to 30 min/cycle. • "To achieve ZERO RIR due to machine intervention" - Reduce safety risk at production line.
