- Job Details:o Responsible for all Human Resources processes to include employment, labor relations, benefits & training and development. o Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. o Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources. o Report the monthly payroll transactions for the finance department o Design and conduct new employee orientations explaining all the company processes and benefits as well as Vision, mission and Values. o Administer the medical process between the employees and the medical provider. o support in creating the employee handbook content and design. o Handle all the operations of travelling for the employees and in the vendor selection. o Initiating communication with Benefits providers for MoU. o Overseeing all employee relations and function; identifies legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures their compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
