- Job Details:When I first joined the company we started a new project and my main role was handling the customers queries and complaints through chats. After few months I got promoted to tear 2 in which I became handling the escalations through outbound calls. Also, I supported multiple teams by giving them proper trainings on the knowledge base and the system.
