• Job Details:• Establishes performance expectations and conducts verbal and written evaluations based on expectations. • Responsible for monitoring project progress, inspecting completed work for quality and quantity and evaluates project success. • Provides on-going and intensive, orientation, coaching, class room training, mentoring and feedback to sales Reps. • Spending the majority of each day in the field working with DS Reps. on their presentation to prospects • Coaching the sales agents on approaching as many prospects as they can. • Regularly visit and inspects sale quality. • Reviewing sales goals regularly and evaluate performance against these goals at a community and individual performer level. • Providing specific performance feedback through established performance review processes. • Reviewing the sales numbers for your business regularly and use them to evaluate the effectiveness of your sales and incentive programs. • Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of processes and work; streamline wherever possible; delegate administrative work to other staff or functions as appropriate. • To deliver against an agreed plan and update and report back on the status of all coaching activities and projects at all times. • To continually conduct skills gap analysis to team leaders and advisers in order to address their constantly changing development needs. • To work closely with the direct sales management team to identify weakness and under achievement within the direct sales team and link with them and HR to ensure the necessary performance management steps are taken to deliver agreed improvement goals. • Production of detailed reports and presentations as required.
