• Job Details:• Analyze and track all costs related to production, projects, or services, identifying trends, variances, and areas for cost savings • Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted costs, investigating significant differences and recommending corrective actions. • Accurately allocate costs across different departments, projects, or products, ensuring compliance with accounting principles • Prepare detailed cost reports and statements for internal management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations. • Support the preparation of cost forecasts to anticipate future expenses and budgetary needs • Collaborate with inventory and procurement teams to calculate and track inventory costs, ensuring proper valuation. • Develop and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead, adjusting as needed to reflect current market conditions • Implement cost control procedures to monitor spending and enforce compliance with budgets and policies • Analyze profitability by product line, customer, or project, providing insights into areas for financial improvement • Track and manage costs related to fixed assets, ensuring accurate capitalization, depreciation, and disposal recording. • Prepare and organize documentation to support internal and external audits of cost-related financial records • Work closely with procurement, production, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost data and improve cost- efficiency measures • make a break-even point for each month • Calculating the costs of all products with a total of 30 different products per day
