• Job Details:• Hire and Train Factory Staff • Delegate Tasks to Managers departments as Necessary • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations. • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards • responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives, Monitor operations and take corrective actions • Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff • Commit to plant safety procedures • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets • Solve employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements • Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts • Work with quality control managers to develop a standard quality control process and ensuring all departments work to established standards. • Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures with Maintenance manager • Analyze Production Data, Devising Improvement Strategies and solving any problems with production manager • Make Cash Flow according priorities with accounting manager • Analyze Production Data Reports and Maintenance data reports to present to CEO monthly and every quarter. • Presenting the financial problems facing the factory to the CEO monthly and every quarter
