Responsible for Warehouses & Inventory Management; Develop and implement processes to proactively manage order logistics operations ensuring the timely, accurate and safe delivery of materials and finished goods.  Manage Cairo & outside Cairo warehouses.  Insure the product availability at the right locations (Replenishment from factory) Manage stock level, delivery time and transportation cost.  Insure safe working environment in place.  Manage staff training issues Manage / Plan warehouse projects.

• Job Details: I’m responsible for branche october  I’m responsible for all warehouse activities such as receiving all products from production lines and storage, and picking and issuance to all customers and follow up all team and all takes done.  I making to reachable the high record kip’s monthly or annual.  Ensure that all process working in safe and quality according to (sop) standard operator procedure.  Ensure all team working according to company policy.  I ‘m responsible for team consist of 45 workers and 12 storekeepers and 4 forklift drivers.  I responsible for preparing inventory and stock reviews every day with my team and hygiene handling.  I making reports to warehouse manager and contact with other department’s production, purchasing.  I making increasing from productivity team and increasing GMP score.  I interested with safety first and quality in my work.
