  • Job Details:Inspection, test and Perform routine analysis of all in coming bulk, finished products samples, active and inactive starting materials and packaging materials according to the specification. Recorded the data and results of the tests and prepare the certificate of analysis for finished products. Perform routine analysis of cleaning verification samples. Analyze cleaning validation samples. Analyze process validation samples. Check the performance of the calibration of devices in QC Lab ( Balance, pH meter ) according to SOP. Prepare the reagents which use for analysis and tests. Check the validity of the chemicals regents in QC Lab.  Advanced in Agilent GC-FID, UV/Vis spectrophotometer, Analytical titration, Documentations, Content uniformity, PH meters,Weight variation, Purity tests, Friability tester, Hardness tester, Disintegration apparatus, Viscometer, Different analytical balances, Melting point tester, IR spectroscopy, Atomic absorpion, Advanced in Finish products analysis, Raw material analysis, Dissolution method development, Agilent HPLC 1100 and Agilent HPLC 1200.
