• Job Details: Design formwork systems for walls, cores, columns and Rafts formwork systems (Acrow Beam s12, H20 beams, V.M.C, Eco Panels, etc.).  Design shoring and reshoring systems (frame, shorebrace, Cuplock, Props, etc.) for slabs beams, bridges and tanks.  Design scaffolding systems (frame, cuplock, Unit Beams, Tubes & Couplers, etc.) for façade and different utilities.  Study the design of a required project and know its needs of a formwork, shoring or scaffolding systems.  Study and work with sales department to choose the most suitable system for the project.  Make a preliminary design and produce drawings during the proposal stage a considering all safety measurements.  Ensure that the work designed with available stock and in accordance with contractual guidelines.  Make sure the drawings layouts are in the best quality and include all data.  Create a structural analysis and calculation sheets within specification.  Create an accurate quantity list.  Prepare a complete technical price offer.  Send data via email for checking and approval.  Coordinate with sales department and make required changes if required.  Make shop drawings for the project.  Make method of statement for the project.  Coordinate with erection engineers and provide technical support if required.  Give site visits if it is required, identify any improper implementation and take action to ensure that technical solutions immediately implemented.
