- I joined Co. that without any policy or written/Formal Structure for more than 3 years and once I joined, the manager asked me to make structure and Formal Document and preparing all Financial and internal Reports from the new born (date of establishment) till date and this tasks should be submit in one month then i did it without any delay. 2- Another one: Joined in another Co. and CEO requested to follow up the fraud and errors in overall departments that was un controlled. and i did it and attached all corruption transactions to CEO And Internal Audit Manager for making decision and corrective actions
