PIPING SUPERINTENDENTFreelance / Project

• Job Details: Review construction sequence, work plans, pre-task planning and method statements to ensure comprehensive safety and feasibility.  Ensure construction work is carried out in accordance with TTSJV rules, regulations, and standards and permit to work procedures as applicable.  Review work and inspection results to ensure compliance with EPC Contract requirements. Interface and coordinate with Field Engineering and QA/QC sections  Attend IPMT and Completions meetings to provide assistance in Mechanical Completion, punch list clearing, Commissioning, and Start-up activities as required facilitating construction deliverables for these activities  Maintain Construction focus and overview of Piping installation supporting priority completions schedules  Routinely study, check, review and validate the discipline scope of work against the appropriate Contract Requisition to ensure the Contractors correctly interpret and comply with the latest revision IFC drawings, quantities, and specifications.  In conjunction with other discipline superintendents ensure contractor interfaces are both coordinated and planned to provide logical progress and target completions as per the contract schedule and daily work plan.

TEST PACK COORDINATORFreelance / Project

• Job Details: Coordinating piping test packs completion by priorities according to the schedule as an interface with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Subcontractor and Client’s representatives.  Organize weekly coordination meetings with Construction contractors and internal site organization, in a perspective of an overall optimization.  Daily and weekly basis reporting and statistics by systems / subsystems with regard to mechanical completion status.  Coordination, review and final acceptance of Test Packs in order to carry out with the Hydraulic Tests.  Arranging and Releasing test packs with proper relevant document for site testing.  Coordinate with Eng/QC/Construction/Hydro test group and Client for Material & Manpower Schedule prior for testing.  Closing out of punch lists, final review and approval in terms of P&IDs, as-built isometrics, materials traceability, welding summaries, field inspections certificates prior hydro-testing, followed by pressure tests, cleaning and final reinstatement prior hand-over.  Set up tools to control test packs flow to achieve progressive completion of piping system  Determine what tests will be needed and limit of tests test and deadline for tests.

Site ManagerFreelance / Project

• Job Details: Control of mechanical activities, planning of direct production, analysis of production and quality control activities to reduce costs for obtaining optimized production and personnel performance.  Ensure that all the tasks are performed according to company's demands on quality and safety by adhering to documents and instructions describing the process.  Supervise the execution of the installation works performed by the company, as well as those performed by supervisors, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures; Verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project's documentation and in the planned time-frame.  Day-to-day monitoring, recording and documentation of the company’s site activities including compilation of site progress reports  Keep daily contacts with client and take part to daily meeting.
