Communicating management policies to all staff. Maintaining discipline and settling complaints. Performance: Review performance standards for new hires and transfers. Coaching and correcting lack of performance by apprising and motivating employees or increasing awareness and providing rewards for good performance and behavior. Creating annual performance reports. Execute the planning and management of assignments in an effective and efficient manner. Review work on a timely basis and in a thorough and constructive manner. Labor Affairs: Meeting with employees and workers and discussing various problems either by immediately or by future planning with labor committee. Payroll: Complete responsibility for the payroll. Updating the payroll system for all employees regarding bonuses, over time, deductions, benefits and compensations. Banking Policy. Attendance: Implementing and improving organization policies related to time and attendance, overtime and compensatory time. Control of various leaves. Calculating the attendance average for all employees on weekly basis. Transportation: Responsible for the smooth run of official vehicles, create a good scheduling system and organizing transportation for official use. Managing the schedules for drivers to ensure responding to the needs of personnel concerned. Booking all types of travel tickets. Filing System: Ensuring the availability of an adequate filing system up to date employment formalities and a correspondence system. Keeping a Bring-Up System for all job aspects. Governmental Correspondence: Establishing contact with government offices related to labor law, social insurance and taxations. Building an insurance policy to cover all types of insurances (social, medical, fully comprehensive).
