• Job Details:#Job purpose :- keeping machinery maintenance, follow-up on its efficiency and reduce the breakdown proportion, follow up on implementing maintenance policies and supervising the performance and training of the technicians of the department . #Duties and Responsibilities :- - performs preventive maintenance periodically for production machinery and lines and ensures its implementation on time ( krones 0,225l - Krones 0,45l - promodan yoghurt machines - tetra pak 1 l ). - prepare maintenance plan for all equipment , job orders, pm orders with SAP maintenance module ( APP- master data - daily work) as maintenance planner . - repairing emergency breakdowns and ensures the efficiency of equipment . - follows up on the balance of all mechanical parts used in maintenance of the production hall. - registers all breakdowns and work orders in the section's daily record. - ensuring the staff commitment to wearing the uniform, maintaining their personal cleanliness and hygiene and following the procedures of industrial safety and security, ( GMP) and food safety system (HACCP).
