• Job Details:- Lead and supervise the breakdown of prices of items to reach the direct cost of the tender. - Lead, supervise and coach the team members to ensure high levels of performance- Supervise all the team members in the stage of studying tender documents such as (Specifications, Bill of quantities and Drawings). - Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office. - Prepare initial budget for the project in order to send the tender bond to the client and understand the scope of the project. - Review the Technical packages for each project to prepare request of quotation with the team

Senior Tendering EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1) Reporting to the Tendering Manager 2) To attend all resultant calls for negotiation with the customers and convert these opportunities into purchasing orders 3) Become a key member of Internal Capture Teams 4) Review inquiry documentation and assist with the formulation of order winning strategies 5) Prepare tender documents including cost summary sheets 6) Build and maintain pricing / estimating databases and ensure out turn costs are captured and feedback through the system 7) Identify opportunity and risk during the tender process. 8) Liaise with supply chain for pricing purposes, develop and maintain relationships 9) Keeps track of expected projects (targeted projects) in consultation with Sales 10) Controls reliability of the quotations (prices, contractual conditions and gross margin 11) Responds to customer queries 12) Assesses within the team the tools, methods and competencies and proposes all necessary improvements and changes

Tendering EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1) The Quotation Engineer has primary responsibility for development, execution, tracking and communicating quoting activities for new and existing clients 2) The Quotation Engineer will ensure internal technical resources are available and assigned to complete a smooth transition to project 3) Summarizing technical information for quotation 4) Providing technical support, client document control, customer specification review 5) Identify clearly the B.O.Q needed for the project 6) Responsible for preparing a complete detailed cost sheet for the case study according to the plant standard
