• Job Details:- Follow up the implementation of the tasks assigned to the management review meetings by the persons concerned and in coordination with the QM representative. - Review the documents related to QMS. - Determining the need for specific procedures and also identifying the person who will formulate the procedure / procedures and then the process of adding this procedure / procedures to the quality system. - Follow up implementation and registration of proposals for changing documentation related to the quality system. - Preparing and updating the list of definitions and documents related to the quality system. - Conduct a periodic review of the quality system with the aim of developing and improving the system and workflow. - Preparation and updating of system review records. - Follow up and analyze NCMR cases and save records and reports of non-matching materials. - Issuance of corrective measures through full supervision and preservation. - Organizing customer satisfaction surveys to be applied once a year at least in coordination with customer service department. - Establish and follow an effective internal audit program for the QS and work out an annual audit plan. - Explain the QMS to new employees when appointing and holding QMS courses. - Determining the need for analysis of different data within the QMS. - Carry out any other audits and responsibilities based on the direct supervisor's mandate which falls within his competence.

Technical Office Engineer EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-From April 2015 I was a committee member at unicharm quality assurance committee. -Implement the internal audit and offer detailed reports to the Unicharm departments. -Lead required facility Management Reviews both in support of plant activities and all ISO cycle audits. -Prepare and implement all ISO 9001 procedures for process and activities of production department. -Receives, interprets, tracks the daily performance of, and maintains facility objectives complementary to, corporate policies and goals. -Contact with suppliers to get from them spare parts quotations or any new equipment factory need it, Make order for quotations,Study the received quotations technically, Make purchasing requests -Make Payment requests for facility received items, parts, machines, service and hand over it to finance dept -Prepare maintenance work instructions for all equipment -Follow up daily, monthly, yearly maintenance plan -Responsible for prepare ISO 9001 & 14001 procedures for facility department -Prepare all ISO 9001 procedures for production department. From April : December 2014 Our company was established a new production area, So i completed : -Review and process construction for project design submittals and ensure forms as per existing standards -Inspect work site, monitor project budget and schedule and check project plans -Manage and submit all reviewed contract document to contract administrators for further approval

Trainee EngineerInternship

• Job Details:Evaluate every stage at plant such as production planning, layout of plant, safety achievement, quality control level, inventory level and it`s storage, labor evaluation and monitoring the manufacturing processes at the plants to improve product yields.
