Finalize all related banking procedures (transfers, endorsement, etc.)  Deal with shipping forwarders/shipping lines; getting their best rates & best services.  Follow up the whole shipping process till releasing the cargos.  Insure the arrival of goods in a condition identical to the ordered items.  Monitor all the quality problems, shortage issues or any claims after receiving the shipments.  Follow up with the warehouse and the sales departments their requirements of spare parts, materials and items.  Make the necessary related database for work organization & coordination.  Keep accurate and detailed records of all orders placed and transactions combined up to the receipt of goods  Responsible for new samples from suppliers, follow up till get final test report.  Preparing and updating supplier list and price list.  Perform general administrative duties for Rajamec Group.  Work as an agent between Rajamec group & their customers in Egypt.  Reporting to the CEO.
