• Job Details: Review Concept design drawings to determine its compatibility with the standards.  Coordinate the architectural designs, drawings and specifications for new and revised structures and interior spaces.  Reviews designs or engineering plans, specifications --and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.  Perform and check quantity surveying works and materials take-off to insure the accuracy of quantities in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ).  Reviews preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.  Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes.  Reviews Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical accuracy according to the project accepted guidelines.  Reviews product, analyzes materials and determines appropriateness for application to projects.  Provides advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design and space planning solutions.  Provides finish selections including color palettes, carpet and wall finishes, lighting and other various interior selections.  Value engineering for some items to maintain within the project budget.  Contacts with suppliers to provide us with best prices to meet project budget.

• Job Details:- Monitoring project daily progress vs. plan and schedule. - Doing quantity survey activities. - Reviewing and adjusting shop drawings. - Preparing client & subcontractor demands - Review design drawings. - Prepare shop/coordination drawings based on project’s design drawings and follow their approval process - Review outsourced Engineering offices’ drawings and coordinate their approval process. - Resolve/ report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction. - Prepare as-built drawings. - Interact with the Contractor regarding the material submittal and specifications. Responsible for developing project master time schedule. - Responsible for keeping time schedule on actual/forecast level. - Coordinate and develop detailed project schedule together with engineers, vendors and construction contractors. - Identify time schedule deviations and arrange early warnings and information. - Regular update of procurement schedule.Work out critical path and early warning messages
