• Job Details:- Managing the ECG ERP life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. - Review and study process defects and suggest process improvements and enhancements. - Create feature descriptions to provide guidance to Business Analysts and contribute and approve the product-related Business Requirements Documents. - Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform company of their potential applications to our business. - Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade systems and database interfaces. Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs. - Work with Training team to develop product training plan internally and externally - Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system. - Line management and personal development responsibilities for business analysis, development and testing team.
