• Job Details: Managing and providing technical leadership to the infrastructure team of 30+ members spread across different countries which includes core Infra operations on Systems, Azure cloud, VMware, Nutanix, Backup, Storage, Linux, Network, SharePoint, Power Platform etc.  Administration and Management of Office 365 EMS (Enterprise Mobility + Security) suite which includes Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), Azure Information Protection (AIP), Microsoft Intune, Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Cloud App Security, Azure Rights Management (Azure RMS). Strengthened security posture, improved compliance, and enabled secure collaboration across the Office 365 environment  Architecting and providing solutioning to new Infrastructure services on boarding on Azure platform  Managing 24/7 Global Operations Center (GOC) team who takes care of L1, L2 level support for all the infrastructure services  This role includes end to end management of Infrastructure services and operation for all our clients located across KSA and align our shared resources to cater client’s Infrastructure deliveries.  Being part of a service delivery team, I am responsible for the new client on boarding, initial assessment and providing complete Infrastructure solutions and RFPs.  Collaborate closely with the Information Security team to ensure the comprehensive and timely implementation of the latest security controls across our infrastructure, encompassing vulnerability assessments, baseline controls, and other critical measures  Collaborated with cloud service providers to facilitate smooth transitions and implementations of cloud solutions.  Regularly liaised with leadership to provide updates, gather feedback, and align IT strategies with business objectives.  Regularly analyzed service delivery metrics to identify areas of improvement, and executed plans to optimize processes  Ensure implementing best practices and collaborating with internal and external audit teams.  Drive continuous improvement by conducting periodic infrastructure reviews and assessments  Responsible for team and their performance management, defining goals and objectives, training roadmap, best in utilizing resources, resource coverage planning.
