• Job Details:Assist in setting up & implementing all HR Functions Such as: • Strategic HR Planning. • Job analysis / Description / Specification. • Workforce Planning & Employment (Recruitment & Selection / Talent Acquisition) • Performance Management & Organizational Development. • Career Development which include: Career Coaching, Career Management (Succession • Planning) & Career Planning. • Company Competencies (Core Competencies, Supervisory Competencies, Leaders • Competencies). • Training & Development. • Compensation & Benefits (Job evaluation & grading). • HR Policies, Employee Relations and Communication. • Personnel & Administration Management. • Designing and developing organizational chart according to expansion plan. • Designing and implementation KPI system for every position • Participate in training plans. • Responsible for all recruitment activities & Conducting interviews. • Conduct orientation sessions for new comers to assure smooth engagement. • Coordinate with the Departments Managers to manage their manpower requirements. • Responsible for New employee (Hiring Credentials, form 1&6 insurance and Orientation Sessions).
