• Job Details:I have been working for the last 7 years for a South Korean trading company in the field of chemicals. I spent my first two years in operational work dealing closely with the customers from the time orders are concluded till payments are done, and that included approving invoices, following up advance payments and opening of LCs, examining drafts of LCs and providing shipment information. Then, I got promoted to sales representative where I handled polymers for different plastic applications, chemicals for paints, cyanide for Gold extraction and SB latex for carpets. Starting from 2015, I was assigned to the company’s polyurethane portfolio, where I managed to create direct channels with a big pool of customers. In 2016, I became the sales manager of PU products covering not only Egypt, but also the MENA region.
