Performs tasks of quality assurance manager deputy as: internal audit program and audit for subcontract laboratory to ensure the quality of data and coordinates RQS accreditation activities. Ensured quality assurance processes were followed to ensure maximum product quality. Prepare the chemistry food, water, detergent, petroleum, and industrial PT sample according to request from and specific working instruction performs types of sampling.

• Job Details:Establishing the system required for compliance with CGMP and international regulatory authorities &/or standards including formats that they follow. Draft, issue & amend documents related to the IMS system (master documents, SOPs, BPR, and AMF) as requested before sending them to the concerned departments. Distinguish all documents related to (original, controlled, obsolete & for info) with the right relevant stamp. Provide periodical reports with appropriate analysis regarding all quality assurance documentation function updates to ensure effective & accurate updated records. Conducting or organizing 'supplier audits' as a step of supplier certification where appropriate. Responsible for internal auditing and following up corrective action regarding discrepancies noted by the audit team and making sure that they were appropriate.

Senior QA Specialist SCL Lab ISO 17025

• Job Details:Responsible for document control and distribution of all documents for assigned departments and units. Share in performing the internal audit with lab quality manager and internal auditors. Follow up the internal audit to verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective action taken. Responsible for collecting all nonconforming work arising from internal audit and external audit in log form for all SCL and each department. Prepare management review agenda, chair management review and sign all output of management review. Perform validation and verification for chemical and microbiology tests. Evaluation of measurement uncertainty. Prepare calibration plan.
