• Job Details:As a Consultant for King Abdullah Project for Development of Security Centers (KAP1), owned to Ministry of Interior, with total cost 7.5 Billion S.R.:-  Area senior architect, construction coordinator supervision for Riyadh area sites, follows delays, Implementation obstacles.  Develop a clear vision for modified BOQ, Savings & shortfall tables form of the project with contracts Dept.& Preparation, processing & follow-up reports of a statement of cumulative reports of Savings & shortfall tables with the control Dept. & prepare detailed reports to the terms of BOQ prototypes of project to statement the achievement size, actual cumulative cost per item\building\site\ prototypes of the project & follow up the weekly reports received from the project areas , and review the final take of quantities works, Invoices of sites, In preparation to exchange Contractor benefits & provide the methodologies to present the final take of quantities works by the contractor for review.  Preparation and processing of technical and financial studies specialist with Cost Evaluation Dept. for private changes on contractual (BOQ) and its impact indicate on the project total value from contractual addendums and contract documents.  Preparation of integrated technical studies of interior design elements, furniture on the project in all its prototypes with Interior Design Dept.  work in project technical office as a main coordinator for the modified BOQ tables to follow-up and coordinate with technical divisions even contractor delivered, & follow - up Contractor changes as the following : - Provide and explain the methodology and mechanism of action to clear Forums review for engineers and assistant technical support staff, with focus on important points that may fall into the review process, according to specifications and contract documents. - Preparation of all reports & models discharge and follow-up of technical divisions to find out errors occurring in contractor transmitted of supporting documents, with the linked with technical staff of ( consultant and contractor) and nonstop work of BOQ Review or to facilitate its rest at other technical divisions. - Preparation reports and analytical studies of the situation of receiving, delivering, incoming, outgoing letters and situation reports of modified BOQ, distribution and preparation of the correspondence list of tables which ended review, to presented on PGM.
