• Job Details:- Manage and maintain the company grading structure by administering the job evaluation, job list and job accountabilities. - Advise managers on staffing structures and job design in order to provide guidance on job descriptions and specifications. - Provides a broad range of consultative services to identify and develop business policies and procedures. - Execute the internal communication through the company share point portal. - Administer the OC Job Market to manage the company internal talents with proper allocation. - HRIS development areas: • Continues development to the company ERP “Enterprise Resourcing Planning” through HR modules and solid integration with Finance, Procurement, and Warehouse applications. • Casual Wages in-house application “Man-Hour” integrating with Cost Control Activity Coding. • Establish “my page” on HR Portal to serve OC employees in handling their attendance and E. payslip. • E. Archive “Laserfiche” Huge archiving data base for all OC employees’ documents and credentials in order to be secured and managed by the personnel team in a profession and timely manners.

Senior Human Resources Operations SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for the proper implementation of HR operations plan in coordination with HR Operation Manager. - Updating new HR reports required by HR department. - Setting a new Grading Structure with Towers Watson consultant Company. - Handling exit interviews and preparing quarterly reports. - Preparing head count reports on monthly basis. - Handling personnel activities and hiring procedures for expatriates. - Preparing monthly payroll for expatriates. - Handling recruitment process for one of OCI subsidiaries.
