• Job Details:Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans. Ensure all the policies and procedures are implemented properly. Analyze and evaluate accounting documentation and previous reports. Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings. Review financial controls that prevent misuse and misappropriation of funds or assets.

Finance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Review and update COA. Risk Assessment & Management. Assist in Rebranding the company’s Restaurants. Formulate strategic and long-term business plans. Review the company's financial Policies and procedures. Provide accurate Financial Reports to specific deadlines. Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts. Prepare and manage the Budget and Forecasting statement. Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends. Attend Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings. Research and report on factors influencing business performance. Conduct reviews and evaluations for Cost-Reduction opportunities. Develop financial department performance from Manual to System.
