• Job Details:- Lead and manage the performance of the finance team, and overall control of the company’s accounting function, financial planning; budgets, business performance of the company. - Manage financial resources of the company and resource planning. - Set financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy of the company. - Responsible for improving the business performance of the company including development and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS). - Design local financial policies, rules, and regulations and ensure compliance in accordance with Corporate Guidelines and Accounting Standards. - Ensure strict control of all financial transactions, accountancy matters, including audit systems, corporate finance, policies/working instructions, working capital and equity. - Approving and auditing all documents in the main and sub- treasury (cash/checks). - Manage the Bank Accounts. - Approval of the employees ’advances and petty cash (temporary and permanent). - Approval and review of salary effects. - Approval of employee petty cash adjustments. - Approving the maturity dates of the payment notes. - Follow-up and review of bank balances to develop a plan to cover outstanding checks. - Approval of customer claims. - Approving supplier's dues claims. - Review the sales figures and compare them with the target for paying the sales commissions. - Participating in approving and accepting supplier contracts and reviewing discounts. - Determine the items of disbursement to make the expenditures budget. - Determine the break-even point sales based on the expenses budget. - Comparing spending items with the budget to prevent any deviations. - Reviewing the trial balance in preparation for preparing the financial statements. - Preparing the financial statements (balance sheet - income statement - cash flow statement - change equity). - Dealing with the tax authority. - Controlling cash flow, managing income and expenses. - Budgeting and costing.

• Job Details:- Manage team of Accountants that consists ((Chief Accountant,4 Accountants, 20 Cashier, 1 treasurer). - Design accounting system. - Train the team & develop accounting technical skills. - Replace E Plus software program to odoo software program and Train the team to use it. - Help odoo technical support to do the implementations . - Design chart of account . - Supervise the team for preparing financial sheets such as: Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash Flow Statement. - Management ODA and Bank Accounts. - Present financial reports to top management Monitor day-to-day financial operations. - Controlling cash flow, managing income and expenses. - Budgeting and costing. - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
