• Job Details:• Receive requests from Healthcare providers (Hospitals, Laboratories, pharmacies…) and reply with approval decisions (approved or rejected). • Edit released approvals. • Confirm the accuracy of ICD-10 diagnoses in the procedure order • Review documentation to ensure the patient meets medical policy guidelines. • Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries. • Participate in work groups, and/or process improvement teams that improve patient satisfaction. • Review all medical approvals & and claims. • solving customer problems (Medical and Non-Medical).
