Engineering ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for: 1. Coordinate with the industrial park responsible to fulfil project license requirements. 2. Supervising the engineering consultant during design phase and communicate with stakeholders if needed. 3. Supervising several contractors during project construction phase, assure the work is done according to consultant instruction and Gennecs safety rules. 4. Choose and communicate with the best laboratory, process and utilities equipment suppliers. 5. Evaluate contractors and equipment technical quotations. 6. Create the required URS and reviewed other departments URS if needed. 7. Hiring and training new engineering department staff. 8. Set and manage priorities for Reliability & Maintenance organization to ensure delivering to KPI/targets to improve performance. 9. Oversee, optimize the site maintenance plans and spare part sourcing strategies. 10. Develop, institutionalize best practices and training related to root cause problem solving, preventive & predictive maintenance, parts room inventory management. 11. Leading the engineering team to fulfil engineering department goals during operation phase. 12. Ensure timely investigations and corrective / preventative action (CAPA) to address Quality, Technical issue. 13. Identification, evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party systems, equipment and equipment vendors as well as contract resources. 14. Defines and deploys the maintenance strategy of buildings and infrastructures according to Gennecs guidelines and standards. 15. Ensure efficient & reliable delivery of site services, maintenance and utilities operations, project delivery, and all facilities operations 16. Define, develop and monitor engineering department operational budgets for both internal and contracted resource.

Technical ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Providing technical leadership, focused on driving and delivering optimal cost, safety, quality, and compliance with customer sites in doing the Trunkey projects, MEP projects, facilities managements projects.
