• Job Details:Provide support to the Managing Director to ensure that Total Credit Management achieves its collection business objectives.  Manage the day-to-day collection and marketing operational activities.  Mentor the collection teams and oversee the collection procedures. Make sure the employees comply with the company’s policies.  Monitoring Accounts and payments to identify overdue accounts.  Negotiate payment plans with customers if required. Collaborating with different stakeholders to set up suitable payment plans.  Report the status of accounts receivable/collections.  Initiate legal proceedings or work with legal teams when necessary to recover outstanding debts. Promote for the company through attending international conferences, working with the current global partners, associates, and clients.
