• Job Details:- Responsible for the GMP, GWP and GSP implementation at warehouses and weighing rooms for the following production lines and factories ( SDF, Soft gelatin, Insulin, Vaccine, The Immunosuppressants Facility, and Limitless Food supplement factory ) - Supervising Weighing Operations: Overseeing the weighing process to ensure accurate measurement and compliance with company standards and regulations - Team Management: Directing and coordinating the activities of weighing personnel, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance to ensure productivity and efficiency. - Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that weighing equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated according to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols. - Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with relevant departments to replenish stock as needed, and maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions. - Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during weighing operations and conducting regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards. - Reporting and Documentation: Generating reports on weighing activities, including production volumes, inventory levels, and quality control metrics. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement in weighing operations, implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and enhance overall performance. - Communication: Liaising with other departments such as production, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure smooth coordination of weighing activities and timely delivery of materials. - Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for weighing personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
