• Job Details: Follow-up the financial Statements for the Pharos Group and Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring.  Prepare and provide all reports of the Board of Directors and interpret financial information to the top management.  Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.  Evaluate compliance with financial legislation, policies and procedures and adhere to the terms of external and Parent Company funding agreements.  Improve efficiency and work flows, internal controls and compliance, tax management and regulatory compliance with the Egyptian laws.  Plan direct and executive a financial planning process that provide relevant insights into financial contingencies based on generally accepted accounting and financial principles and Maintain the financial health of the organization.  Review periodic reports and budgets and future expectations of the financial position (prepared by the Financial Reports Department)  Conduct special financial studies at the request of senior management and review the cash position for all the companies.  Responsible for coordinating any financial planning and analysis them with the parent company.  Prepare the general assemblies and (BOD) in accordance with the recommendations of the Board of Directors  Work with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery.  Develop and manage an effective system of accounting and related databases.  Ensure work is delivered timely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.  Manage accounting and financial systems and maintain full and accurate accounting records.  Provide support to the Regulatory Departments for any regulatory processes requiring accounting or financial data and analyses.  Coach and develop the finance team further, and be prepared to be hands-on to up skill the abilities of the finance function and integrate them further with the business  Follow-up application of corporate government systems to group companies and report to senior management as well as the auditor and the General Authority for Financial Control.  Dealing with external parties of the company ( financial transactions ) :  (Shareholders - Banks - Auditors - tax consultant - the company's legal adviser - Egypt Financial Supervisory Authority - Egyptian Tax Authority - customers – suppliers
