• Job Details:A- Planning 1- Market needs and Feasibility study. 2- Business plan and update. 3- Exercise the action plan within the budget. 4- Capital Budget and Funding sources 5- Develop performance measures and accountability. B- Operations 1- Control and approval of financial transactions 2- Manage cash flow for working capital. 3- Mentoring banking transactions (LC, LG, SWAP) 4- Third Party (External Auditor, Zakat, Tax, etc.) 5- Attend BOD and management meeting. C- Financial Reporting 1- F/S according to FASB & IFRS. 2- Zakat and Tax Report. 3- Management discussion and analysis (MD&A) 4- SAP Financial Report. D- Risk Management 1- Understand the company's risk 2- Monitor all open legal issues and regulatory 3- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage 4- Report risk issues and avoid risk strategy E- Funding 1- Managing cost rate for the fund or banking services 2- Monitoring financial ratios in the same industry 3- Maintain stable fund in short and long. 4- Reduce financial cost rate F- Third Parties & represent the company 1- External Auditors such as (A- PWC, B- Deloitte and C- KPMG) 2- Bank meeting and explanations (interpretations) 3- Tax and Zakat …Etc
