• Job Details:Implementing and Configure BMC products (ITSM and BSM) as part of projects awarded to CyberMAK. This includes: 1- Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement. 2- Understand business needs and technical requirements and drawings. 3- Analyzing customer's requirements and advise them with the best methodology/process which could get applied. 4- Draft functional specifications and system design specifications for client. 5- Install/ Configure BMC Remedy products, involves customization if required. 6- Implement integrations with BMC Remedy applications. 7- Draft ITSM Installation/ Test Case / Training Documents. 8- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. 9- Attend testing phase and work as per the feedback from the attendees. 10- Demonstrate BMC products for the training purpose. 11- Respond to customer requests for product or solution information. 12- Design custom or product-based solutions based on BMC Remedy applications.

• Job Details:Architecture Skills: - 1- Act as Technical SPOC ‘single point of contact’ to represent the company in front of the customer, vendors, contractor with background have to be “Solution architecture, Business analysis “ to help him to understand and maintain the technical (discussions, documentations, activities ). 2- Accountable for the end-to-end design of solution and responsible for the technical design of all components such as data model, integration patterns, reconciliation rules. 3- Evaluate all business requirements and goals in order to come up with the proper solutions needed. 4- Demonstrate to the project stakeholders the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the solution. 5- Contribute with the organization teams (Network, Security) to insure the traffic accuracy and data privacy. 6- Bridges communication between IT and business operations to ensure everyone is aligned. 7- Fully understand the architecture of the IoT /Enterprise products, the technology, the technical capabilities and limitations, and to be able to offer technical consultancy for the project/product manager and the implementation team when needed. 8- Defining the software solution/product architecture and design standards. Business/Technical Analysis Skills: - 1- Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement. 2- Demonstrate BMC Remedy ITSM products to the customer and Respond to customer requests for product or solution information. 3- Analyzing customer's requirements and provide the best approach to fulfill it either by use the existing solutions or by introducing new/custom solution. 4- Advise the customer with the best methodology/process which could get applied accourding to ITIL process. 5- Engage with the Business Analyist to gather/understand the Integrations scope, business needs and technical requirements and drawings.
