Achievements
Alissa Automotive Company Effectively increased market share from 0.3% for Nissan in 2013 to 8% in 2015 by developing successful sales and marketing strategies which helped penetrate the competitive KSA market. Successfully saved 3% in finance costs by restructuring the commercial contract with Nissan which involved negotiating the payment to 240 days at 2.16% interest from the earlier 9 months at 5% interest. Adeptly increased Patrol car sales to 600 units a month which enhanced the Nissan market share in this segment to 50% amidst stiff competition from Toyota. This was achieved by changing the price position for key vehicles thus ensuring a gross profit of 8% for both Sunny and Pickup variants. Admirably transformed the finance and control processes and ensured implementation of a new system for tracking vehicles which ensured delivery within 3 working days and increased customer satisfaction immensely. Competently liquidated old stock before the implementation of VAT
