• Job Details:Make an aggregate plan according to the sales forecasts on both levels export and local. Make a resource planning report according to aggregate plan. Prepares of monthly and daily production schedules. Make a rough-cut capacity planning according to MPS. Follows up actual production performance vs. standard performance and report the gap analysis. Prepares of material requirement planning monthly stock out report and its reasons for finish goods. Measure the OTD and analyze the deviation. Follow up and control the production. Follow up and control the inventory level.

Production and Maintenance Manager Assistant

• Job Details:Make a plan for preventive maintenance. Help planning team to make the production schedule. Plan flow up the productivity. Preparation a report shows down time analysis. Coordination between the various sections of the production to deliver the product on time. Flow up the product quality with the quality team to make a C/A and P/A to prevent defects. Member of the reduction cost team.
