• Job Details:- Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs. - Inventory and requisition machine parts and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenished. - Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. - Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance workers. - Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. - Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. - Confer with outside suppliers & agencies in all mechanical maintenance related issues. - Monitor workers'' adherence to health and safety rules. - Troubleshooting — determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it. - Ensure productivity and quality of work in the area. - Supervise Junior Engineers, monitor their capability and performance through training, coaching and motivation. - Coordination with engineering department to take the necessary actions in case of any accidental defects. - Responsible For All Concrete Equipments (Mobile & Stationary Concrete Pumps, Truck Mixers & Placing Booms). - Worked On Brands Such As (CAT, John Deere, Grove, Volvo, Demag, Krupp, Schwing, Stteter, Mercedes...etc.) - Discipline and safety maintaining in main Workshop. - Operators Handling For Concrete Equipments distributed on all OCI sites. - Managing and operating some of the concrete equipments owned by OCI in a Concrete distribution plant that works locally with OCI different sites. - responsible for all mechanical jobs in the main workshop which have around 200+ mechanics rather than other departements.
