• Job Details:-Ensures that all procedures or specifications are intended to provide the identity, strength, quality, and purity of the drug product. -Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and authority regulations and guidelines. -Inspection on the dispensing process of raw and packaging materials -Review the recording of all the production steps at the batch process and the batch packaging. -Performing (in process) tests to ensure product compliance with established specifications during different production steps -Include recording all the deviation which occurs at all the production process and writing the corrective and preventive action. -Performing process validation protocols and reports -Performing cleaning validation protocols and reports -Performing and reviewing PQRs (product quality review) -Performing quality risk assessment studies and create reports -Participate and support internal and external regulatory inspections and audits
