• Job Details:Full responsibility of project execution, monitor, safety, scope, quality, time and cost, starting from initial stage as mobilization plan requirements based on the construction method, time and cost and following up and coordination with all concerns departments (HR, Procurement, planning and finance), then provide all resources as required based on work schedule, manage all stakeholders and any official requirements with organizations, held meeting with both team, management, consultant and client to keep clear vision for all as required and keep project as required, maintain scope, quality, safety, time, cost under control as per base line and base plan, raise any discrepancies contract to be clear and early fast decision to decrease or prevent negative impact in project and involve the responsible, record all project events for historical and lesson learned, raise any claim or propose any for value engineering, continuous monitor, following up and coordination between discipline till handing over with optimum cost, time, quality and customer satisfaction.
